SPURIOUS COPYRIGHT CLAIMS:  Oliver Schaper is a Scientologist even most cult watchers might not have heard of unless they put up a video on YouTube criticizing the Scis.  Then he sprang into action making spurious copyright claims against  the video using the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).   If a protester posted a video featuring time lapse footage Schaper would lie to YouTube and claim the video belong to his company, ACOS.tv.   He constantly threatens people with legal action yet often misspells the word "libel."

FRONT COMPANIES:  Media House Enterprises, Inc., American Rights Council, LLC, The Schaper Co., Inc., 12577 Wedgewood Circle, Inc., ACOS Broadcasting Inc.ACOS is nothing more than a rather pathetic website but YouTube takedowns are handled by robots and they didn't care.  Thousands of videos got deleted and accounts were banned.  He was ruthless at attacking videos and web content that used his photo. Then he went on a rampage on random anti-Scientology videos. Filing a DMCA claim is done under penalty of perjury but he was NEVER taken to court over these federal offenses. YouTube restored the videos that he had no right to have taken down but YouTube did not pursue him legally either.  This ease of disruption via DMCA without punishment was a tactic subsequently copied by Scientologist Ron Savelo.  Many other people who didn't like criticism used the same tactics.

PORNOGRAPHY DISTRIBUTION:  Schafer's front company, Media House Enterprises, also distributed pornography, some of it Gay.  This goes completely against the homophobic teachings of his "church."  He does not like this publicized.  His porn companies included:

He was convicted of crimes in Germany and got a two year prison sentence for "fraud on a commercial scale in 13 cases."  He was later exonerated of whatever charges were brought against him.  Did Scientology make the US government let him go?

BANNED FROM WIKIPEDIA:  Schaper's account on Wikipedia ('Oschaper') was banned due to him getting into an argument with other editors and admins. He wrote articles on both ACOS Broadcasting and Peephole TV.  They were basically 'stubs' and he was just using them as advertising. The articles were deleted.  He was banned not only for arguing but also for posting from different IPs and creating socks to add 'support' for his argument. Ironically, when it was suggested that he was the Scientologist 'Oschaper' which Anonymous was so riled up about, he initially denied it.  He claimed he was 'Olaf' Schaper and just happened to have the same username. The fact he had listed 'Dr. Oliver Schaper' in the 'Key Personnel' section of both companies' articles didn't help. PERSONAL DATA:  Schafer is  a U.S. citizen with a French mother. He speaks English, French and some German. He lived in Germany for a while. He has obtained a Mexican green card and spends a lot of time there according to protester AnonOrange.  His wife's name is Ivon Schaper.  They live in Tustin, CA but he may be hiding in Mexico for reasons which are obvious.
